The Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa Mosque are two different buildings, both located on the Temple Mount. The Dome of the Rock is the building with the golden dome, which is always shown here, while the Al-Aqsa Mosque has a silver dome.

Much as I personally respect other religions, the prophecies about the future third Holy Temple are found in the book of Ezekiel, which takes place about 600 years before the "common era". This predates the existence of Islam itself, which began in about the year 600 of the "common era". So those prophecies are roughly 1,200 years older than Islam. You can google this yourself.
