Colorado deadliest trail claims another vehicle, almost! Schofield Pass & the Devils Punch Bowl

This is the first video from our annual trip to Colorado. On this adventure we explorer the White River National Forest as we traverse Schofield Pass Road, Colorado's deadliest road. We found out that this road is no joke as we witnessed a very capable Toyota FJ Cruiser slide off the trail and almost roll down 100'+ feet into the Crystal River! Thankfully God was watching out for the driver and passenger and they were safely able to get out of the vehicle unharmed. Unfortunately we didn't have the expertise or equipment to winch their vehicle back onto the road but we were able to set up our Starlink so they could notify the authorities. Ultimately we ended up giving the driver and passenger a ride into Crested Butte and Colorado 4X4 Rescue and Recovery was able to come out the next weekend and recover their vehicle.
