  When they say “Service guarantees citizenship”, they don’t mean military service exclusively. That’s just the easiest and simplest way (relatively speaking, of course). If you aren’t able to serve in any of the branches of the military the government will find a job that you can do.

  It&apos;s actually debatable whether or not the astroid that destroyed Buenos Aires was even the bugs at all or just something to further the earth gov agenda and that&apos;s ones of the reasons I love starship troopers

  I&apos;m positive the bugs didnt plan the airship attack, it was a pure numbers game. Randomly shooting in the air in such mass would almost certainly do that type of damage.<br> And the meteor that was sent to Bueno Aries &quot;wasnt&quot; the bugs, it was Carmen&apos;s change off course that did it. They barley missed the meteor, brushing it knocking off their communication tower so they couldnt warn Earth. It only came from that area.
