  You know what&apos;s worse? People had the video of him literally carrying pieces of her body around spread around the internet when it first happened. I was scrolling through my For You page when the discourse first came out, and as I scrolled down the reply thread, I saw a video where the exact *second where he threw one of her calves onto the ground like it was a cow&apos;s leg made me sick to my stomach. People in the video were all shocked. I wasn&apos;t trying to see it. Out of pure fear, I blocked every account insinuating they have the full video, but then I ended up seeing flashes of her chopped body pieces scattered on the ground. I hate people. I hate it.

  Living in Southeast Asia, I can tell you loan sharks can be absolutely terrifying. So many damaged houses and cars from enraged sharks. Even debt collectors from &quot;legal&quot; businesses like those Buy Now Pay Later companies will harass you via phone or physically come to your house like what Tarsum experienced. It&apos;s enough to throw a person over the edge.

  This is such a tragic case. Personally, all I see are victims. He desperately needed help for his own safety and for the safety of those around him. Between the immense pressure of debt and trying to support his family coupled with undiagnosed mental health issues, this poor family was suffering greatly. It is so sad that it came to this for people to really understand the depth of his illness. &nbsp;All I can hope is that it serves as a stark warning and point of action for change in the area to prioritize mental health. May all the victims in this case find some semblance of peace

  People always cry about “men’s mental health” not being taken seriously but it’s only ever in cases where that man kills someone. It’s never when men mistreat their partners, shut themselves out of society, or take up toxic belief systems that pit them against others (mainly women). Maybe men should start taking their mental health into their own hands. It’s shame from other men that keep men from going to therapy, no one else
