Some more info on Kuruk: He actually saved the world multiple times and didn’t attend to the human world as he was occupied with the spirit world as Yangchen largely neglected it. He had to fight off dark spirits which sucked the life out of him which is why he died so young. He still continued to fight the dark spirits after he knew this and decided to tell nobody. He was the opposite of a selfish avatar, he was selfless but he still chose to keep the information about the spirits to himself.

Wow, this is by far the most depressing avatar ending EVEN in the after life he couldn't be reunited with his wife...and then was eventually wiped from existence 😞

Do y'all think a factor in Avatar Kyoshi's long life of 230 was to compensate for Kuruk's short life?

"holding the record for the most accidental kills" this series can sure be brutal when its not on a kids channel

It's very likely that Kuruk left his body for too long while in the Spirit World and that's how he died, especially since he was found in the Spirit World later.
