One of my favorite heart warming family movies. Filled with loving puppies and caring nannies.

My dad (R.I.P. Dad) was the cameraman on this, I have memories of visiting him on the set a few times with my mum, and meeting Gregory Peck - who baby sat me at Heathrow airport before they flew off on location - was one of the most amazingly kind and warm people I have ever met. And that bit where Mr Peck see's the mosaic of Damien's face...can't go into to much detail but I still have a few fragments of that mosaic in the desk drawer next to me right now. I could tell you some great stories about this film being made, but that's for another time 🙂

Together with The Exorcist, a horror masterpiece from the 70's.

The dog is not a normal dog…that’s why it likes him and no other animal does. He’s like a hell hound.

The omen is an example of a near perfect horror film. As a kid my nan and I walked onto a second unit filming stuff for The Omen. I only slightly remember it. But, it was confirmed by the late David Warner. David said that although it was a horror film. it was the happiest time he had ever spent on a film set. Stars,  Peck and Remick were wonderfully kind and so nice to everyone.

Have you never heard of a Hell Hound? Not ALL dogs go to heaven in this case. Lol

There is something so soothing about the voice of Mr. Gregory Peck

Back in the day when some movies did not have happy or uplifting endings and we loved them so much more because of that. Now you are ready for Damien - Omen 2 Coby.

Richard Donner used reverse psychology a lot to direct the boy. For instance, for the final scene, he told him: "Remember you are not allowed to laugh! It's a serious scene! Don't you dare laugh!" So, of course he had to smirk.
