Box trucks are notorious for not knowing rules. I saw another box truck video. The guy had 13 violations two or three of them were shut downs all in one inspection. He even went on personal conveyance and drove halfway across the country. Going home, then picked up a load. He was a total idiot. So I think these officers know that box truck drivers have not been officially trained and may not know a single rule about the road
