"Arche" in archeology comes from the Greek word "arkhe". It literally means "the study of origins".

From the word "logos" come many compound words, for example "theology", biology, geology, anthropology etc.

In ancient Greek "δράμα" (drama), which meant theatical play in general, comes from the greek verb (common in both ancient and modern greek) "δρῶ" (drô) meaning to act/ to do sth. So drama means action or that something happens, takes place. Obviously, if we talk about a play, drama is what you see on stage. Now, theatre comes from the ancient greek middle voice verb "θεῶμαι" (theômai), which means to watch/ observe. Therefore, drama and theatre mean the same thing but from different perspectives; drama from the perspective of the actor (who acts) and theatre from the perspective of the spectator, who watches.

The lack of language pattern recognition in this group is really worrying. Hydro is similar to 'hidrografic' in Romanian, 'angelo' is 'angelic', etc, etc.

Cosmos in Greek means the Universe, the people and also something that is decorative.<br>Because everything that exists in the universe is decorative. And the people are the decoration of Earth. You will understand the word better if you think the word "cosmetic".
