You touched on a very important point there: nice is not a problem, it's also desirable. But whereas a strong, galant (nice) hero is attractive, on the other hand a weak, insecure, expression of "nice" is a turn-off. A whiney puppy groveling at your feet begging for your attention is just...uh, icky. It's manipulative and makes a woman feel like he needs us to build him up and make him feel like man. Sorry, you'd better own your own manly feelings.<br><br>The kindness from a strong protector that comes from a place of confidence is attractive.

It's strange that there IS some truth to all of this. When I used to be a surgeon, women would constantly fawn over me. But then my psychiatrist said I needed a license to do that. And now I'm just regular lonely me 🙁
