  interestingly enough, the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is where the 49ers have suffered the most road defeats in the history of their organization. <br>this goes back to their long standing rivalry against the Rams, when the Coliseum was the Rams&apos; home stadium from the year 1946 to 1979.

  The Raiders went on a great run after this game, winning 11 of the next 13 (one loss in OT) but then losing in the Divisional Round. This was the last great year for the Raiders in the 80s.

  Old Dallas fan but I watch almost every old game I run across. The highlight of this one for me was the pregame update on Billy Martin. While the man had serious problems he was very entertaining
