I think this needs to be taught to children in schools (age appropriate obviously) but everyone should be aware of this. This was so spot on and important. Brilliant.

You do an amazing job of touching on so many points of a toxic relationship big picture and even pointing out things that don't get considered in most other people's videos. I do have to say it was a sinking feeling the moment I realized that I was never going to be heard or acknowledged after years of hoping. Wondering how I got there and looking back at all the wasted time and energy.

Toxic folk are not born so, and may turn into it perhaps only in your particular relationship.<br>The problem is how soon will you recognise the situation, because the signs will never appear on day one, and may take years to slowly surface - by which time loyalty or needing them has developed.<br>The answer is to gently confront as soon as you can, and control their effect if possible, or leave them.
