Ty for your video. Many people could learn from it. I use a heated mattress pad it plugs in. I have multiple autoimmune conditions and a wheelchair user. I wear this pullover that keeps me warm. I do soak my feet. I use hand warmers, they have them for other parts of your body. I subscribed and going to share

I use a draft thing at bottom of my door and I use insulated. Curtains. I can't sit on the floor so heated table to sit under won't work for me. Suggestions welcome. I do sit in a regular chair
