Power Book III: Raising Kanan brought me here too. I hadn't heard this joint in decades. No doubt we rocked this in high school and proof before "Baby Got Back" made him mainstream, Sir Mix Lot already had several hits that were played on the regular that already had his name ringing out.

Can you imagine that there was actually a time when all the rappers were unique and all had their own individual swag. Damn I miss those days.

Before Nirvana, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam and Alice in Chains broke out of Seattle, we got Sir Mix a Lot.

Who tried to call the number? 🙋😂
Damn... there won't ever be days like those again... So very thankful I grew up in the 80's. If you made the transition from pager to cell phone, you an O.G. now.😎 I was ballin' with a pager and cell phone😁
#MyPossiesOnBroadway

My dad played this a lot when I was growing up. I think it's better than Baby Got Back.

I love this song! Crazy thing is, pagers are obsolete but the song isn’t! Rap was awesome back then. Great beats that hit, killer one liners, and transcendent music. Today’s marble-mouthed mumble “rappers” are wiggity whack!
