  It would be fairer if you cooked the things in reasonable recipies, like the rabbit in the oven instead of masking it through marinades and fried

  Alaskans don’t typically use King Crab for sushi. We just eat it straight up steamed with some melted butter. It’s too premium and special to even want to dilute any of that precious meat with any other ingredients.

  You really should do these blind folded so you can honestly tell the difference. Knowing you are about to taste super expensive meat does alter your perception. Good video as always.
