It has improved actually. "Tweaked" cards used to come with a driver CD or a download link to a customized driver because the official drivers won't work but this time the official driver worked. On the other hand, that is still a good value card. Reflashing it to its original bios might sold the game issues. The sellers really don't have to resort to scams. They can just sell those cards as refurbished without mislabeling. There are still plenty of budget conscious buyers out there who would buy good value pc components.

Still insane how they can get a 1060, cooler/hardware, and man hours to do the hardware/bios mod, AND still make a profit in $30. Absolutely insane

The funny thing is that if they just sold the card with its original cooler, bios and everything and advertised it as what it really is, those who are looking for a budget option would actually buy it.
