I was born in Guyana (Capital Georgetown) and left in 89 to come to Canada. Still have my Guyana passport. I have not been back since I left in 1989. The foods, fruits and culture is very healthy. It's Guyana and Brazil rain forest that is powering South-America in terms of clean air and water.

Trust me spending 2-3 days in Guyana will never let you see enough of anything. Having spent 7 years in the tourism industry mean I have visited a large chunk of the country but yet I cannot honestly say that my knowledge is complete

The interior of GUYANA worth lots more undeveloped. The payments for carbon emissions by the polluters can put a light of the true worth of the interior.
