They did Courtney dirty by not showing her as an adult in the epilogue from the final episode. She was nice, kept herself real, never gave a 💩 about Ginger's status and was more of a friend to Ginger than Dodie ever was. Still, she gets punished at the end with her family losing all their wealth and Ginger not even inviting her to the book reading.

Courtney is a good example of "don't judge a book by its cover" . Doddie always struck me as a girl who would 100% sell her friends down a river if you gave her the chance.<br><br>Macie is that one friend who drifts apart in college and then you find out 20 years later is living her best life and nearly unrecognizable today now that she's got her confidence.

Dodie Bishop was Ginger's biggest hater. Maisie was also wild for trying to break Ginger and Darren up but Jodie was extremely out of pocket and downright nasty

Whenever I think about this show, I always think to myself: It should have been Courtney, Macie, and Ginger. Courtney had a heart of gold despite her rich upbringing. She was the one who exposed that Dodie was trying to sabotage Ginger's relationship with Darren. Miranda and Mipsy were also just as toxic and didn't deserve Courtney.

My problem with Dodie is not that she's a little shit (she's a kid) or that Ginger stays friends with her. Its that there is never any consequence for her actions. Ginger never sets any healthy boundaries or calls her out and it just makes her seem like a doormat.
