  Regarding timestamp <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJ0SCtoxGa4&amp;t=295">4:55</a>, I&apos;ve gotten feedback from a few people that the one who transported the throne in verse 27:40 of the Qur&apos;an was actually a human being and not a jinn as the video suggests. It is true that there are some narrations which mention that it was a man by the name of Asif bin Barkhiya, however from what I can gather these narrations do not go back to the Prophet (pbuh) himself. In fact there is an individual by the name of Asaf Ben Berachyahu in Jewish texts who was said to be the scribe and vizier of Solomon so these narrations could just be Israiliyaat.<br> <br>Now looking at the verse itself, the identity of the throne carrier is ambiguous:<br> <br>Said one who had knowledge from the Scripture, &quot;I will bring it to you before your glance returns to you&quot;... (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJ0SCtoxGa4&amp;t=1660">27:40</a>)<br> <br>The only information we are given is that the throne carrier was someone &quot;who had knowledge from the scripture&quot;, which could include human beings and jinn. In any case, the verse before it explicitly states that a jinn offered to bring Solomon the the throne faster than the time it would take him to rise up from his seat:<br> <br>A powerful one from among the jinn said, &quot;I will bring it to you before you rise from your place, and indeed, I am for this [task] strong and trustworthy.&quot; (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJ0SCtoxGa4&amp;t=1659">27:39</a>)<br> <br>This verse clearly indicates that jinn can travel extremely quickly so the video&apos;s point still stands.<br> <br>Appreciate all the feedback, please keep it coming.
