I’m really going to miss those stamps on my passport. I kept my old passports over the years and it’s wonderful to see the dates of all the countries I’ve traveled.

I worked for two French companies from 2001 - 2008 and so went to France quite a bit. Things sure seem more complicated now. I watch Les Frenchies a lot. We’ve no plans to go to France soon so my wife and I have to live vicariously through the frenchies! I especially love watching you guys eat!! We MISS France!!

I realized that growing up in nyc area after 9/11 how numb I am to seeing arm guards in train stations. Seeing it in Paris wouldn’t shock me at all.

I’m in Paris right now and I’m enjoying Paris. I am very alert for the pickpockets and scammers. I have encountered two scammers using the phone but I was ready for them. I screamed at them to get a job. They indeed got lost. I’m not playing!
