You hear the guitar and you’re like OMG. You hear the voice and you know you are in for a night you won’t ever forget.

I am a former "professional guitarist" but since I wasn't good enough I had to find a new job. Mr. King always puts me in a better mood (and I already come from the happiest country in the world, Finland) but I just can't understand how he can play such different patterns/phrases in every song. They are never boring. May Mr. King's guitar sing for at least another 100 years.❤

Can you just imagine how amazing it would be if we could have heard Janis Joplin sing with Marcus King? I mean WOW! 🙌💙💙💙

Good to see there's still a future in this. I tell young guitarists that Marcus is their generations big guitar star and appreciate the arrangements as much as the guitar. Excellent musician

This man is fantastic. His talent/ability/musicality/ is a gift to the world (yes, kids: cringe). But truth be told we haven't seen a force like Marcus King in the blues genre for some time. In any genre IMO. The guitar solo on Confessions alone made me lose my last 2 strands of hair on my head the first time I watched this. He ripped that guitar apart. Breaking no sweat. Also: Watch Wildflowers and Wine live if you haven't seen it. Or Working man Blues live. Marcus is something else.
