It is crazy that Chinese government is so deeply in debt. But honestly I am also in the same situation. I borrowed money from myself to buy a dinner. Like just before having dinner, I (home-me) actually have to ask for money the work-me earned. So, I am in a deep deep debt which I owe to work-me. I am in so much trouble. Any day, the work-me might kick me out of my house and start living in it.

I think that Warren Buffet getting out of BYD is better signal than any pro-China or anti-China analyst can get. That man, and his team of course, never miss

The problem with listing the Chinese land as an asset is that the global market wouldn't want to buy it, or even rent it. The risk of it being taken away by the government is too high.

TLDR: The USA has a federal debt that is tracked. State, County, and Local do have debt, but it is either solvent or made solvent by federal debt.<br>China has Local and State own business debt that is not tracked. The CCP claims to be debt free.
