I cannot tell you what a blessing it was to find your video today. I was bawling at work after an issue with rectocele and stumbled on your video. It clarified so much, normalized what I was experiencing and gave me hope. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. 🙏🏻

"This video offers such a clear and compassionate explanation of pelvic organ prolapse, including cystocele and rectocele. It’s not just informative but also empowering for women who may be dealing with these conditions in silence. Thank you for shedding light on a topic that truly deserves more awareness and understanding. 🙏💡"

The problem is doctors don't tell women that these things can happen. We are expected to get paps every year BUT not once has my doctor ever talked about this. I'm 68 and just discovered a prolapse two weeks ago. I'm waiting to see a specialist but I'm so disappointed in the medical profession at this point when 30% of women are affected by a prolapse.

Went to a pelvic floor physical therapist for several months. She was certainly a lovely person, but I got maybe a third of the education you provided in this video about my pelvic floor and the importance of certain muscles/ligaments/breath. Thank you for breaking out of the taboo mold and talking about this.

Thank you so much for reassuring me; my next plan of action is to do the exercises recommended by another doctor who is in the same vein as you.
I think we women need to talk to each other about our issues and not suffer in silence like our mothers and grandmothers did.

Well, you’re not talking about older people you’re talking about younger people people that have already gone through menopause and people that has had to hysterectomy that’s what we need to hear about that as well please please

So great to hear this. You are amazing, this was clear, best explanation and information I have heard yet. I loved that you spoke your truth and story like your talking to your girlfriends. So real and raw. Appreciate this so much. Thank you.

My prolapsed organs began falling after I dosed on too much lanolin based vitamin D over a period of 6 months. This is good info your giving but be careful of what your dosing on that may be the cause.❤❤

Are you saying that no matter what I do I will always have a pelvic floor prolapse? A midwife pull me up during labour and her hand slipped and she tore me right up the front. I honestly believe she caused more problems than the baby did.😢

Thank you for sharing this because most women don’t talk about it and don’t know about it until it actually happens and then it’s too late you’re stuck. Someone say doing exercises helps a lot. Maybe it does. I’m trying it right now and if it does not after a month or two I’m going to go to a Specialist, a urinary oncologist that deals with a pelvic floor anatomy.
I can’t live like this anymore. I need a pillow wherever I go and it’s just horrible.
I just had a radical hysterectomy and that was horrible and I’m still recovering from that but what I have now reptile dysfunction going into my vagina I had before the operation .
It could actually be worse than before, but I had it before and it was always bad

But I would go through times where it wasn’t so bad you know the more exercise the more I swim the better it did, but it never went away

I have bladder prolapse and I'm meant to see a physiotherapist who deals with this, but I'm really not wanting anymore prodding etc internally ... I haven't made the appointment yet because of that :P (I'm 65)
