I am not judging, sheikh probably gets a lot of trivial doubts to solve, so it is natural over time to become straight forward and "rude" to others. But this behaviour should not be idealised, as being gentle and kind is always better than being rude. Our Prophet ﷺ was very gentle whenever he answered people's questions. I hope sheikh understands this soon. May Allah reward him for his efforts as well.

When we promote the Deen we do it with kindness, when people asked rasulallah ﷺ questions do you think he responded with rudeness, I'm pretty sure he peace be upon him answered so many questions that just sounded unnecessary it's about having tolerance and patience
