  I always wonder where all these muslim women are who place such high demands financially. Obviously nobody wants to live under a bridge, but in my eight years of being muslim I came across so many single women and not once did I hear one mention money as what they are looking for in a man. What women in my circle are generally looking for is an educated, calm, resobonsible and respectful man (not this loud, attention-seeking alpha type), that takes his religion seriously (not just outwardly, but IN the house – e.g. being kind, merciful, attentive and of service to his family), cares about his gaze just as much as he cares about his wive&apos;s hijab, is not messy or unhygienic. Quiet leadership over insecurity hiding behind boastful dictatorship. Those are qualities I&apos;d claim a lot, if not most women are looking for, yet they have a hard time finding such a match for themselves. I&apos;m not saying there aren&apos;t also superficial women out there. But I also get the impression that some men prefer to blame their unmarried status on their height/lack of wealth over reflecting on basic muslim qualities within themselves, which may actually require them to work on themselves.

  1. Feminism. No one wants to marry into a one sided relationship, where one person acts single, while demanding marriage benefits, and refusing any sorts of obligation.<br>2. Other than that, not many people have money or time to marry.

  A lot of brothers first need to meet the prerequisite: 1-be 6ft tall and earn 6 figures per year. Then comes; have your own place, be a mind reader, be emotionally intelligent and available, good communication, be available 247, be her plumber , be her electrician, be her driver, cook and clean, buy her things, stay healthy and fit and make her laugh.

  I know a girl who just recently rejected a boy who was a doctor Becuase of his unfitness , overweight is not good for one’s health neither appealing to wife <br><br>This is same for a girl as well but to be honest young girls normally maintain themselves ..

  The modern &quot;Muslim marriage crisis&quot; especially in the West is not a failure of individual character, but it represents the community infrastructure. Because Western Muslim populations are deeply fragmented by ethnicity comprising of South Asian, Arab, Somali etc and other diverse backgrounds—there is no longer a centralized, trusted &quot;village&quot; to organically vet and introduce suitors. Blaming individuals for being too picky or parents for being too traditional ignores the structural reality that Muslims in the west COLLECTIVELY FACE. &nbsp;The traditional social networks don&apos;t exist or exist in a minor way, and privatised dating apps have completely commercialised and gamified what is in other muslim majority countries a normal way of life. Without a collectively shared, cross-cultural process to bridge these fractured enclaves, single Muslims are left completely isolated, navigating a broken system that lacks both clear protocols and structural support .<br><br>it is not a personal failure of men or women, but a structural failure of the society they live in. Expecting a traditional Islamic marriage process to happen spontaneously in the West is an illusion. Suitors do not magically appear at a family’s doorstep, and young men cannot reasonably be expected to cold-call or knock on the doors of strangers in an individualistic society. Tragically, the vast majority of Muslims who successfully marry in the West have had to step outside strict Islamic protocols &nbsp;in some way just to find a partner because the community offers no viable alternative. Accusing singles of being &quot;too picky&quot; or &quot;failing to look&quot; or blaming their parents, is pure victim-blaming.
