Loved this guy when I was a teenager... Very essential to my development as a fisherman. Went on to complete nearly 30 years in the Army. Retired now. And still can't wait to hear Roland do his thing. He hasn't changed a bit!

Roland is my go to because he is one of the few that gives an instructional video and actually catches fish to prove what he is teaching.

I really love the way you teach. Reminds me of my grandfather only man I've ever seen fill a cooler with crappie while nobody else was catching them. He didn't care to eat the other fish so he didn't fish for them. Only man I've ever seen furnish a fish fry for 100 people with crappie year after year. Now me and my brother developed a love for bass fishing and you have helped so much. Had the chance to fight some big bass. Now I have 2 boys and a girl of my own and my oldest is about as serious about it as anyone I've ever seen. I'm here watching to learn and teach him. Thank you !

"8lbs fish are fairly common" he says... That's an albatross in SE Michigan ponds and rivers. My PB is 4.5 Lbs.
