very important topic! barely anyone talks about safe use of knives. everyone can buy a knife but barely anyone can use it safely. can't make enough videos about safety! 👍👍👍

Hi Mr Kirtley. Thanks for another very informative video.
With knives being accessible to almost anyone, including young people, it’s great to see someone experienced showing the safe use of them.
Im sure it will help to reduce some of the aches and pains too when using a knife all day if people adopt the correct grips and techniques.
Many thanks. 👍
