  I just started watching your videos a few days ago, they are very interesting to me. I started working in a 24hr diner at 15 YO as a busboy after school and weekends for $1.00 per hour in 1970.  I'm retired now, it's good to see a skilled cook at work, thanks for the videos.

  Don't  be passive about others stealing your videos. Sure, you might think exposure is great but most of the time, they're trying to make money off of your work by monetizing, scamming people and things like that. Always report and file DMCA complaints against those channels, you will win and it's not hard. Protect your content, please.

  When I was in college. I was a breakfast cook at a big truck stop. &nbsp;Used to make all the homemade biscuits and homemade sausage gravy, &nbsp;everything was made from scratch. All the prep for hash browns etc. &nbsp;we made our own sausage and ground our own meat for the hamburgers. &nbsp;Lots of work. <br>Enjoy your videos. <br>All our bread was made in house too, sandwich bread, hamburger buns etc. <br>I made all the sausage, hamburger, and breads as well as all the homemade cinnamon rolls and danish. <br>Keep up the good work.

  Glad to see the stove top of all working well. Sucks when you come in and only half was working that serious put a dampen on the whole day!!!!
