As someone who lives about 20km away from I Buonatavola I can say without doubt it’s the best Pecorino Romano I’ve bought, and I actually go to their factory shown in this video to buy bigger pieces. <br>Grazie Claudia for highlighting these excellent producers!

Fulvi is the best pecorino romano. If your local cheese monger doesn't have it, you can get it at Whole Foods in the US.

The Boss Giuseppe casually handed her a hunk of cheese curd right from the production batch per assegiare, lol Italians are always feeding you, I love him! I cut paper thin slices of Pecorino Romano for snacking.
