  Just the fact that anybody is paying $3200 in rent for a one bedroom should concern everyone!! I don’t even know anybody who makes enough to afford that!!

  The bank is like, No, No Sir you cannot have a 1500/ month mortgage, BUT you can go ahead and rent an apartment for 4000/ month. Makes absolutely zero sense to me. I am sooo happy i bought my home back in the day whenever everything was priced normally. I feel horrible for young folks today trying to start a new life. God Bless y’all. 🤘

  I live on the top floor at my &quot;luxury&quot; apartment and I can hear the person that lives below me walking around. I hear his footsteps all day and night. Unbelievable.

  Do a walk through after work hours. You have to see if it&apos;s quiet or rowdy during evening hours.

  That first one is just nasty people. &nbsp;Leaving poop by the pool and empty cans and trash on the ground. &nbsp;No reason for it.

  I had mold in my place. The landlord kept putting a bandaid on it. I eventually said to him &quot;If I get sick you know I&apos;m going to sue you right?&quot; Threats always work because that issue was fixed stat!

  There’s a reason why the only available time for tours are on the weekdays during school and working hours. Always check the area after 6pm, and ask local people in the community how they like it
