Wait! This was already detailed twice? I'd first get my money back from two places for two equally crap jobs....

I detail cars at a shop. If that was detailed TWICE, the owners should get their money back. I can get smoke smell out in one detail using a similar (dare i say more thorough) process to what you used, so the fact that it was "detailed" twice is very disappointing. Nice work, and I'm sure the car smelled world's better when you were done with it.

My daughter bought a car from a smoker and it stunk, we deodorised the seats and carpet and got a new head liner put in. The smell completely went and it only cost $300. She’s a happy girl now.

What a relief to the new owner! My mom smoked non-stop and being in her car was like riding around inside of a cigarette. I borrowed her car once and while I was walking up to it in the parking lot, I could smell it about ten feet away even with the windows up. It had leather seats though, so probably would have been a much bigger pain to clean.

The interior filter should of been changed out and also AC / Heat cleaned due to dust holding the nicotine partlets. OZONE is ok if your running the AC and Heat but not possible . next best is cab filters and window rubber trim ..

Zep Smoke remover worked in about 30 seconds for the car we inherited from my father in law. I just sprayed a bunch and shut the door, it worked great.

What I wanna know is if the Spaulding team could actually smell the smoke and if it was truly as bad as the owners claims
