Answer this question. How many current small investors are likely to buy more stock at $90 if given the chance ... My guess is near zero.

I don't think the fee's are outrageous for the services they are performing at all, but Mr Ackman's maths on Buffet's fees is somewhat deliberately misleading- 100k in 1962 is about a million, not 15 million! But Perishing square is quickly delivering a lot of valuable services- sourcing private businesses, running float, three members of the board, back office services no doubt- the issue is he is has usurped the company and is delivering them without consultation- but if your happy with that then I don't see the issue as a reason not to own the stock- which I do
