  Goalies should be allowed to do whatever they want during a penalty kick as long as they stay on or behind the line. That new rule is ridiculous

  There is a good reason for rule #14. If you were allowed to touch the balls multiple times, you could just tribble the ball from the spot into the goal, or even by touching it just twice, you could use this to kick it in from a shirter distance. That's just not how penalties should work. The cases shown in the video are a rare side-effect of this rule.

  The rainbow flip involves locking the ball between both your feet and then lifting both feet off the ground with the ball still locked, letting it go and having it (ideally) land in front of you or wherever else you aimed it, and it&apos;s a sweet move, but it&apos;s still a ball lock and while the move is being performed it&apos;s practically impossible to do a legal tackle which is why it&apos;s so unsportsmanlike to do it within the context of dribling - if you did it to set up yourself for a volley pass/shot in an open area without anyone contesting you, then it&apos;d be perfectly legal and very cool to see.

  The back pass rule in this video was so badly explained. My understanding is that the goalkeeper can only pick up the ball when pass back from a player if it’s been headed back. If they pass it back with their feet, then the goalkeeper can only use their feet to kick the ball and cannot use your hands. However, getting down on the ground to head the ball to the goalkeeper or flicking the ball up in the air and then heading shows that you already had control over the ball when passing it to the goalkeeper. And that’s the goalkeeper should not pick up the ball with their hands.

  I couldn&apos;t find any rule in the laws of the games, that prohibit what the vidro calls &quot;head and neck stall&quot; (#11) or repetedly heading the ball (#12). I think, #11 isn&apos;t very useful during a game, because you can&apos;t do it while running or being attacked and performing #12 during a game just requires a skill that most players don&apos;t have.
