Fresh Pasta 15 oz. Ricotta Cheese 4 – 6 oz. Parmesan Cheese 8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese 1 lb. Ground Beef Marinara Sauce (see below) 1. Make the fresh pasta and set it aside. 2. Make the marinara sauce and set it aside. 3. Brown the ground beef and add it to the marinara sauce. 4. Get a 9 X 13 inch baking pan and the rest of the ingredients gathered together. 5. Grease the baking pan with some butter or olive oil. 6. Spoon enough sauce into the bottom of the pan to be able to cover the entire surface. 7. Next, place the first layer of noodles into the pan on top of the sauce. Add another layer sauce followed by spreading some mozzarella and parmesan cheese onto the sauce. Then spoon out and dot the entire surface with ricotta cheese. 8. Add another layer of noodles then repeat step 7 until you have 4 to 5 layers of noodles. 9. End with adding one more layer of sauce and cheeses to the top of your lasagna. 10. Place in a preheated 375°F oven for approximately 45 minutes to one hour or until the noodles are soft and the cheese is melted. The temperature of the dish should be around 165°F or warmer when done. 11. Let the lasagna rest for about 5 minutes then serve.   Marinara Sauce 1 – 28 oz. Can Tomato Sauce 1 – 15 oz. Can Crushed Tomatoes 4 oz. (1/2 Cup) Diced Onion 1 T. Olive Oil ½ T. Minced Garlic 1 T. Oregano 1T. Italian Seasoning 1 t. Basil ½ T. Garlic Powder 1 T. Sugar To Taste Salt and Pepper 1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and then add the diced onion. Sautee until the onion is clear. 2. Add the tomato sauce and crushed tomato. Stir until incorporated. 3. Add all spices and allow the sauce to simmer for about 30 minutes. 4.
