  I worked in an A&amp;E (ER) for 6 years, there&apos;s a reason I now work in the mortuary; the patients a far more pleasant.

  Explanation he gave for that first one, apparently “chip” can be slang for her0in. And the guy with the teardrop tattoo, prisoners often get those after someone they knew died. So there’s a high probability he knew someone who OD’d on her0in and, needless to say, didn’t appreciate the student’s little pun. 😅

But once it starts happening you need to stay as still as possible otherwise the blood clot can break loose from the leg and travel into the lungs killing you.

  Fun safety fact for the gas line leak one, first off the smell is added to make it easier to identify, and second do not use electronics in the area you suspect to be leaking gas. Not all devices are intrinsically safe, or might have a slight defect that doesn&apos;t cause a major issue to the use of the device but can still ignite flammable vapors. It&apos;s why you see signs around gas pumps telling you not to use your phone around them, not only to promote people paying attention to avoid a spill but because not all phones are of a high enough quality, or in perfect working order, to ensure it can&apos;t accidentally ignite the gas vapors.<br><br>So leave the area and then call once you stop smelling rotten eggs.

  Also, if it helps, when I was 4, I swallowed a bell (one of those tiny ones that folks used to stitch onto clothes). The doctor at the hospital said &quot;Well, we just have to wait. If he poops it out, then we&apos;re good. If not, it will be a scope or surgery to retrieve it.&quot; It came out naturally a couple of days later.
