  Best decision of my life was going on a strict whole food keto diet. Anyone that makes it past 2 weeks can finally understand that suger is an incredibly powerful drug.

  It seems that removing a single ingredient from the American diet, high fructose corn syrup, would be a good start.

  It&apos;s poison. I fast 18 hours a day. I eat whole, 1 ingredient foods &amp; I am in the gym 7 days a week. 40 years old, &amp; zero health issues.

  Many of the ultra processed food companies are literally tobacco companies, and they use the same playbook. RJ Reynolds &gt; Nabisco. Phillip Morris &gt; Kraft Heinz, General Foods, Miller, 7-Up. <br><br>I see many social parallels as well. I ate many of these things growing up, I can’t believe my parents did that, but they just didn’t know any better. I’ve since removed them from my shopping cart and home (OK, about 95%) but it took me until I was about 40. Now I am raising my kids to know better from the start.

  Can&apos;t believe they didn&apos;t specifically mention the tobacco companies (knowing they were losing huge lawsuits) BOUGHT the food companies starting in the 1980s then assigned their scientists to making the food addictive instead of the cigs. This is NOT often talked about
