  I saw the title &quot;The Freeway Phantom&quot; and cried. Little black girls being abused or murdered doesn&apos;t usually garner local attention. No one cares much about little black girls except for black woman. To have CaseFile bring this case to international attention in the hopes of solving this case is a God sent for lost little black girls and black women everywhere. <br><br>Simply thank you.

  I was about 6 years old when I first heard about it. My mom and aunts were talking about the Freeway Phantom. I had older female cousins who were not allowed out alone because of this. We lived in the Anacostia, Southeast DC area.

  I&apos;m a white woman and I care just as much about little black girls as I do about little white girls. The cops &quot;handling&quot; of the murders was atrocious. The condition of the evidence and files is appalling. The cops guaranteed this will never be solved.

  I was a close friend of one of the victims, her name was Carol Spinks. We lived in the same area and attended elementary school together.<br>She would walk down to my house to walk to school every day. She was a really good friend. She was quiet and everyone liked her. She also had an indentical twin sister named Carolyn. I WAS SO SHOCKED. SAD AND HURT THEY FOUND HER BODYnear the train tracks and that I was told that rats had eaten her fingers off! I was actually afraid to leave my house. The second young lady lived in our neighborhood.<br>This case shook up our neighborhood.<br>All the families of these young ladies have my deepest sympathy, prayers and condolences. I will NEVER forget them and that they are at eternal peace in Heaven with The Lord🙏🏽🙌🏽🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️
