Most of what is written about food and inflammation comes from people with something to sell.
I give you the version I would give my own patients, one topic properly every month. First month free, then $47 for the first 100 founding members. https://community.rheumatologistoncall.com/

Dr. Diana Girnita

Super information Doctor, my granddaughter was diagnosed at the age of two and their parents went through so much, she is under medication right now and she is being in remission, but they still think and keeping an eye for any surprises. They made a lot changes to her diet and now the whole family is following. Just great confirmation for me, so we can adopt to a new diet.

When taking prescription blood thinners (like Warfarin, Eliquis, or Xarelto), you should avoid large doses or concentrated supplements of spices that naturally thin the blood or reduce clotting. Common spices to watch out for include turmeric, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, and cassia cinnamon.

While a pinch of these in your daily cooking is usually safe, larger amounts can increase your risk of bleeding. Here is a more detailed breakdown of spices and foods to monitor:

Natural Blood Thinners: Spices like turmeric (contains curcumin), ginger (contains gingerol), and cayenne pepper can amplify the effects of your medication.

A mixed Berry watermelon smoothly always makes me feel better.
The best thing you can do with tuna is adding olive oil, turmeric, black pepper and ginger.
I found the best nuts were Brazil nuts and walnuts.
I use alot of olive and avocado oil.
Learning how to pickle garlic makes it easier for those around you and less eye burning.
Also red onions.
I buy turmeric, ginger and garlic by the kilo, peel it then run it through the food processor with some oil, then it gets spooned into ice cubes and frozen. It's easy and it's always there.
