About Flambae having some, if anything redeeming qualities.
You and a most other people missed it.

It was the very first dispatch the one with the kid losing their balloon. Flambae is the perfect fit to send, because for his many failings he is good with kids.

It's not outright stated, but he has a niece and it's strongly implied he stays with the program because he wants to be part of her life.

no one understands 35 understands the sarcasm of Blazer's "dad bod" comment, remember visi is So bad at being a villain she is trying to become a hero, the worst dus/slam she can come up with is calling a really fit guy "dad bod", Blazer says it humorous, the playful/yet awkward energy between Robert and Blazer.

Spoilers ahead, going to be using 3 words to describe a scene in a specific route, after some specific choices that I will not mention. Only to make Raven hunt for said scene and or to torture her with knowledge that it exists.

Phenomaman kisses Robert.
