This game is based off a fantastic comic series. The graphic novels are worth checking out.

Allerlei Rau translates to Many Furs.

When then King proclaimed that he intended to marry his daughter, the Princess tried to stop him by making impossible demands.

First she requested 3 dresses. One shining like the sun, the second shining like the moon and the third twinkling like the stars. She thought he would never manage to get any of those, but he actually found some magically gifted seamstresses who made the dresses exactly as demanded.

Next she asked for a fur coat, made from one peace of fur from every singe animal in the kingdom.
The King sent out his hunters, and after a while they actually managed to catch every single animal and cut a piece of fur from each. And so the Coat of Many Furs was made.

The princess had no further ideas to stall her father's mad ambition. So she hid the three dresses in a nutshell (quite convenient for transport), put on her fur coat and fled from the kingdom.

She lived in the forest for a while, eating berries and mushrooms. Soon she was dirty and scratched and still clad in her fur coat, and no one would have taken her for a Princess anymore.
That's when The Prince found her. At first he thought she was some weird kind of animal. When he realized that she was a girl, he took her into his castle and gave her a lowly serving job.

The rest of the story is basically a copy of Cinderella:
The Prince hold a three day ball to find a bride. Many Furs sneaks away from her work, cleans herself up, puts on one of her beautiful dresses, attends the ball, and then flees at the end of the night. The Prince falls in love with her. On the third night he devises a plan to catch her. The get married and live happily ever after.

Even if you haven't played any Borderlands games, I highly recommend Tales from the Borderlands. It's also a Telltale game and it's really funny. Love your videos btw. 😅
