  $15.99 for a chili app that’s basically just frozen and fried is wild. <br><br>For people asking for price breakdown… it’s ALWAYS cheaper to eat at home and healthier, you may “spend more” for ingredients but you’re getting much more food out of it than what restaurants charge

  Actually, you ARE supposed to wash mushrooms! Wash them!! America&apos;s Test Kitchen, Italian guy (I forgot his name), Alton Brown, and tons of other trustworthy YouTubers have tested this. Mushrooms do NOT soak up water when you wash them.

  man, i know that our portions in America at restaurants are usually bigger than a regular portion but that cheesecake factory dish was MASSIVE. that would literally last me for more than one meal on several days. which i mean... i guess $30 for 4-5 meals is a good price, but goodness.

  I&apos;ve been making Zuppa Tuscana for years. &nbsp;The main difference I do is I saute garlic in the bacon grease rather than use garlic powder. &nbsp;Pretty much the same otherwise except sometime I use Spinach.

  Jason Farmer has done a lot of videos on recreating P.F.Changs. The chicken might be brined. He once stated that they use this on all of their protein. <br>I have it premade in my kitchen ever since then. (Not, that I&apos;m using it for every meal I make.)<br>I&apos;ll surely save this episode to file!

  I make a version of Zuppa Toscana with extra potatoes to add thickness, almost like a stew. But that&apos;s how we like it.
