I post a 42 minute video of myself laughing about these ridiculous videos and decide to include how I find the airplane brace for impact pose ridiculous and obviously being silly about it and I have to delete 10 comments from grown adults being genuinely mean D:
Life is silly and fun, there’s a 0.000001% of being in a plane crash. Seriously, look it up. Nobody is taking their plane crash advice from me. Please just be kind and laugh more. There’s enough to be mad at in the world and me being silly and joking around with my chat is not one of them.

So I used to know someone who made these videos. Long ago they told me that the reason they are so ridiculous is because that is what will get you to remember them. They do have important information, and we tend to remember videos that are silly and meme worthy. It has been 25 years since I last worked in that supermarket, but I remember all the training videos. For example there was this one where an employee just sneezed like crazy on the food in front of a customer to the old ladies horrified stare.

As a veteran, i feel called out when i have to talk about the Silver Bullet. It is a rectal thermomitor that is inserted rectally. The Corpman who was attached to my unit always carried his around, and it had a little spongebob at the end of it.

So one day were at the range doing our anual qualifications with the rifle, and this dude gors down. Doc, the corpman, comes running over and sees a hes a heat cas. Pulls this mans trousers down and his cheeks are for the world to see. Shoves it right up to spongebob and waits. While he waits hes telling people to get the cooler with the ice blanket and water over to him.

While they do that, the thermomitor reaches temp, and we all are dead silent while this is going on, and that silence gets broken from the Pourous One himself giggeling from between this mans ass cheeks. And everybody, every single marine, including myself, all busted out laughing. True fucking story, i could not make this up if i tried.

9:49 This 4-5 minute long tangent about inhaling pepper and why you shouldn't do it, leading directly into 13:10 where he actually does it is the funniest thing lmao

Pepper definitely makes you sneeze. I sneeze about half the time when I put pepper on my food.
It might be different if you're getting it directly up your nose, but the little stray dust from regular use will definitely do it.

The chatter who said "They're a re-enactment" is adorable. 1000/10 comment.

I had a slip, trip and fall safety course just the other day. It had such useful info. Water slippery, look where you're going, don't put boxes in the middle of the floor, and stairs, don't trip on them, falling can hurt. Truly, I never knew.

27:12 ...well, as terrible as her idea may be, I guess I'm happy her plan wasn't to try jumping right before impact.

16:40 danger zone in this context means the food is past a certain threshold of when it’s not safe to eat. And or prepare.

16:48 It is referred to as the "Danger Zone" because it is the temperature at which bacteria grows at a faster rate and can contaminate food easily (Between 40°F to 140°F) and on the food industry you're supposed to make sure food items spend as little time as possible inn said "Danger Zone". One of the first things they would teach in any food safety training/orientation when working with food.
