Bought my petrol Polo in 2019 new from them, only done 40k miles. Never had any issues. Took in for a routine service to the dealership. Apparently new brake discs, suspension, sensors are required. They've had my car for 3 weeks now. VW Tech are trying to diagnose what's apparently wrong with my car. I've escalated with VW Customer Services, no reply so far. Can't help but feel like I'm being scammed.

They are intentionally building disposable cars with bad cooling plastic and biodegradable wiring. They deserve to go under.
