  I was once in a silly argument about Progenitus with a friend. I explained that you could "kill" it with -X/-X to everything or something similar and he replied. "The rules say that, but it's protected from the rules."

  The rules text on the original wording of Armageddon is another great example of this;<br>the passive voice in &quot;All lands in play are destroyed&quot; really adds to the vibe of unavoidable, mythic destruction.
