  The Dothraki wouldnt just leave, many would stay in Westeros, and after a couple of generations, their descendants would adapt to settled life, and become the Game of Thrones version of Magyars.

  Most of this makes sense, but Dorne allying with the Lannisters against the Reach would never happen, their whole goal is to genocide every Lannister to get revenge for Elia.

  If the writers had any sense, Dany would have dracarysed Cersei and then found out there was wildfire everywhere and THAT was how the city burned.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0bdZcCMM3c&amp;t=654">10:54</a> They didn&apos;t run out of books, they actively choose not to adapt what was left after Twin&apos;s dead which includes, among other things, Stannis actually being competent, Sansa not being randomly given to the Boltons and a whole plot with Varys and a secret Targaryen heir which was enough to make the show 10 seasons instead of 8.
