Äggakaga is an old traditional dish that's quick and easy to make in large quantities as well as being very filling. It was popular for feeding farm crews back in the day.

A normal recipe for äggkaka adjusted to 40 eggs:<br><br>40 eggs<br>1.4 L of wheat flour<br>3.4 L of whole milk<br><br>Äggkaka isn't an omelette but a really egg heavy pancake batter. You get full instantly whenever you eat it. It's crazy that you were able to do it.
