  Putting ingredients in a slow cooker is really amazing because when you get home from work you don't have to prepare a meal it's you walk in and you can smell it cooking and it's done and the cleanup is easy. I love slow cookers. I just put it in before I go to work and when I come home I can relax and eat real food

  As a former obese person, I like that you never resort to sh!t talking. You're kind, but real. Which is far more effective than anything else that can come from someone else.

  Scary thing is, if you keep looking up the food chain, you'll find that only 4 groups of shareholders own 80% of the food production, and those same groups also own all the hospitals and medicine... they have turned us into the product. They charge us to make us sick, then charge us for the 'cure' which is just another addictive pill that comes with more problems. Break the cycle, or die in the cycle.

  People are more sedentary today. Staying inside was punishment when I was a kid. Was always moving around.

  It’s one thing to see obese/over weight adults, but to see children who are 3x the weight of an average child is REALLY scary. Always great to see you shedding light on the topic, keep up the good work brother, God bless ❤❤❤
