  I’m a physician practicing in Australia. I’m 7 yrs in recession with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. I was treated with 6 months of chemotherapy. During my chemotherapy, I adhered to a strict keto diet, making sure that my ketone levels were sufficiently high, on the days I received chemo. The ketones enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy. The reduction in serum glucose levels affects cancer cells, making them more susceptible to treatment. One more thing of note. Do NOT accept pre-chemo IV Dexamethasone or steroid alternative (offered to the patient to ‘reduce’ side effects). The high dose steroid causes an abrupt elevation of blood glucose levels. Just what the cancer cells thrive on.

  My sister died from Cholangiocarcinoma in December 2024.<br>She went through surgery 6 years ago, and they had to remove half of her liver.<br>Unfortunately, there was no way to convince her, during the last two years, that she should have quit any kind of carbohydrates and go keto.<br>Ignorance, bad nutritional habits, and the food industry, &nbsp;way before Big Pharma, are responsible for not wanting this kind of news to spread.<br> Too sad.<br>Nobel prize for heroes like you, Sir.<br>Best wishes from Italy
