Whitney creeps me out, her being so vain, still trying to be play this young character, combined with her weird flirty undertone and the design of her "room", has some weeeeird implications...

The reason the background of the champion battle is plastered with DIE IN BATTLE is because of the Lore between Marcel Voreli and Grey.

Grey is basically a puppet at this point, based on what I know and the only way he can die is through losing a battle.

Jynx looks crazy, because she is a reference to the movie, “The Grudge”. It is based on a yokai that is a vengeful spirit

You can actually skip the Pryce fight by going to the computer on the right of the exit and turning off the system.

Pryce straight up dies

Anbeing is a Secret Mon from that secret facility you got Mewthree from. It's a Random encounter there.

I love how from Blue onwards you start seeing strong trainers with old and powerful versions of living pokemon. I especially love the design for Piloswine and Dragonite. Dragonite's neck looks long and serpentine, kinda like a callback to Dragonair.

The rivalry between Falkner and Bruno is funny when you remember Bruno has two rock types on his team.
