  If Rick Beato isn&apos;t the coolest guy alive, I don&apos;t know who is. These shows are phenomenal. Talk about going down a rabbit hole - I could watch these all day!

  You probably won’t see my comment Rick, but Neal Schon is my cousin! I grew up going to Journey concerts with my dad. I’ve hung out with Neal many times backstage and it’s always a great time. I loved this video so much. Thank you

  Five years later, this remains one of the GOAT of Rick’s phenomenal WMTSG series. The breakdown of theory, musicianship, equipment and techniques used, soloing and emulating different tracks and riffs. Add bonus color commentary drawing on a dinner convo with Cain, all suffused with the joy and love of music and respect for his rock heroes. Just incredible. If only these vids existed when I was learning to play in the ‘80s!

  “No Johnny, don’t stop believing”<br>I almost broke down in tears.<br>Think about it. A son asking his dad for advice. A father giving his son the encouragement to pursue his dream...with a poetic line that becomes the inspiration for a song that’s now a classic. Great story.

  Steve Perry has to be one of the greatest singers of all time. His ease and power in his mixed voice are stunning. He sounds just as good live too.
