  Have to push back at fake myth on arrive three hours early. You kind of miss the point of it. What if you got a flat tire what if your taxi breaks down what if? When you’re at the airport walking for most part you’re safe if you leave your house there’s an unusual bridge lift it can delay you. So part of it might be to make sure you get through security and everything on time but it’s also so you can get to the airport on time.

  Incognito mode did work for me! I had Expedia open in two windows, one logged in, one not. The one where I wasn't logged in I saw a cheaper hotel price. I complained and was told it was a one off due to caching, but I should book it (which I already had)

  We allowed ourselves to get suckered into a timeshare presentation in Vegas a few years back lol.  The salesman was so funny, trying to guilt us for "not investing in our future selves" lmao.  Hey, we did get free tickets to a show that we used that night.  We also received 2 nights free accommodation to one of their timeshares but we never used it because we're generally not "sit still and chill" type vacationers lol

  By law at my airport (PDX) if the same restaurant or store is outside the airport, they have to charge the same price.  Other airports have this rule too.

  One pro tip (not really pro, but it's effective lol), if you live in the Seattle area and are flying to a major destination in Canada (Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto), driving to the Abbottsford Airport in Canada can be a lot cheaper than flying from Seatac or driving into Canada and flying out of Vancouver.  Plus, Abbottsford is a very small airport, similar to Paine Field in Everett, it's such a breeze and joy to use!!

  While I’m certainly behind you when it comes to miles in the air, Chris, I still got a good amount of travel done over the past 10 years. Therefore, I feel I generally have a good idea what ticket price I can expect for certain flights.<br>And with this in mind, I generally book my flight when the price seems right. And with things like the Strait of Hormuz-situation, I’m glad I did.
